Performed website updates, made social media content strategy recommendations, and developed a 25-page ‘playbook’ detailing new company procedures and systems for members of management to use as a reference. Also, designed and built out all Sharepoint pages, page layouts, and reference libraries to create an intranet platform for the executive management team.
